Privacy notice · Founding edition
Your email is not the product.
Cleanability FM uses subscriber information only to deliver and improve the briefing people have explicitly requested.
Who controls the information
Cleanability FM, published by Fuseini Dawuda, is responsible for the subscriber information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries may be sent to privacy@cleanabilityiq.com.
What is collected
The subscription form records your email address, role, primary region, preferred language, consent status and the dates of subscription, confirmation or withdrawal. Technical rate-limit records are pseudonymised and retained only to prevent abuse.
Why it is used
The information is used to confirm your request, send the weekly Cleanability FM briefing, respect regional and language preferences, prevent duplicate or abusive sign-ups and keep an auditable record of consent.
Legal basis and sharing
Marketing email is sent on the basis of your explicit consent. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Hosting and the subscriber database are provided through the Site platform. Information is not sold and is not used for unrelated advertising.
Confirmation and withdrawal
Subscription requires confirmation through a link sent to your email address. Every weekly email will include an unsubscribe link. Withdrawal is free, requires no account and stops future marketing email.
Retention and your rights
Active subscriber records are kept while the subscription continues. Consent and suppression records may be retained where necessary to prove consent, honour withdrawal and meet legal obligations. You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or withdraw consent at any time.
This notice applies to the founding subscription system and will be updated if the publication changes how subscriber information is used. Last updated 8 October 2026.
